If you feel frustrated because you’ve tried everything but always end up in failed results, then don’t lose hope! Follow this routine and have that healthy hair you’ve always wanted!

5. Break your old hair routines

•Wash your hair at least 3 to four times a week so it can restore its balance. Our scalp produces oils that keep our hair shiny and healthy; washing it everyday removes these essential oils that lead to dryness, or lead to oily hair due to oil gland over drive.

•Use cold water to wash your hair. Warm water causes it to frizz and end up with split ends. Washing your hair with cold water helps your hair shaft close resulting to shiny and bouncy hair.
